Haustechniker (m/w/d) – Gebäudetechnik
Das erwartet dich:
Du bist das technische Rückgrat unserer Gebäude und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Mit deinem handwerklichen Geschick hältst du haustechnische Anlagen am Laufen, behebst Störungen schnell und zuverlässig und packst dort an, wo es nötig ist. Bei uns arbeitest du in einem professionellen Umfeld, in dem deine praktische Arbeit geschätzt wird und du Teil eines engagierten Teams bist.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du kümmerst dich um die Wartung und Instandhaltung der haustechnischen Anlagen und stellst sicher, dass alles einwandfrei funktioniert
- Du betreust und überwachst das Gebäudeleitsystem und behältst alle technischen Prozesse im Blick
- Du organisierst Reparaturen und sorgst dafür, dass diese schnell und effizient behoben werden
- Du führst die jährlichen Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten durch und koordinierst diese mit externen Dienstleistern
- Du dokumentierst alle relevanten Eigen- und Unternehmensleistungen sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar
- Du planst, begleitest und koordinierst Umbauten und technische Projekte
Das bringst du mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Elektrotechniker,
- Elektromonteur, Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf)
- Eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise – du weißt, was zu tun ist und packst es an
- Belastbarkeit auch in stressigen Situationen – du behältst den Überblick, setzt die richtigen Prioritäten und lässt dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
- Eine echte Hands-on-Mentalität – du packst auch gerne mal außerhalb deines Bereichs mit an und scheust dich nicht, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln
- Teamgeist und Anpassungsfähigkeit – du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein
- Erfahrungen mit Ticketsystemen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
