We are on the lookout for a highly accomplished and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner, based in Mexico, to champion our hiring across a broad range of technical and nontechnical functions. This is more than a recruitment role; it’s a strategic partnership where you will directly shape the future of our API/CPaaS business by attracting and securing top-tier talent.

Your responsibilities;
- Strategically partner with hiring managers to translate team goals into high-impact, data-driven hiring strategies.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns to attract and secure the industry's most sought-after talent.
- Proactively build a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates, driving engagement through direct sourcing, strategic referrals, and long-term talent relationship building.
- Elevate the candidate experience to world-class standards, acting as a supportive guide and brand ambassador to secure top-tier hires.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging market expertise to influence and inform critical talent decisions.
- Drive the full offer negotiation and closing process, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to high-performing team member.
- Champion data-led recruitment, providing key stakeholders with actionable insights to continuously optimize talent acquisition performance and impact.
What you will bring:
Required:
- Proven experience in hiring top-tier talent across a broad range of technical and nontechnical functions.
- Proven experience in a global setting, partnering with international Hiring Managers to secure top talent in Mexico
- Strong stakeholder management skills – you know how to build trust, communicate clearly, and influence with impact
- Natural curiosity around all things AI and automation and the impact it can have on Talent Acquisition.
- Solid track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from crafting smart sourcing strategies and engaging passive talent, to driving seamless offer processes.
- Confident in handling pipeline management and maintaining high standards of data integrity, while regularly providing stakeholders with meaningful, data-driven updates.
- Strong experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top candidates
- Since we are an international company, we need someone who is fluent in English
Experience we consider a plus:
- Experience hiring within a SaaS or cloud communications company.
- Experience across the broader Americas region, especially for technical and nontechnical roles would be a massive advantage.
- A genuine passion for writing clear, compelling, and inclusive job descriptions that attract the right people.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
