EMARKETER is actively planning for upcoming hiring across our Sales organization. This talent community allows us to proactively connect with experienced sales professionals ahead of anticipated New Business Sales openings.
Our New Business Sales team partners with marketing, advertising, media, technology, and business leaders to introduce EMARKETER’s subscription solutions and help organizations make smarter, faster decisions.
The Role and Team:
New Business Sales professionals at EMARKETER are responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new subscription customers. Roles may span inbound, outbound, mid market, enterprise, or international segments depending on business needs.
This talent community includes opportunities across multiple levels, including Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and leadership roles.
These roles follow a hybrid model based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future and be within commuting distance of our New York City office. Relocation assistance is not available.
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Comfortable leveraging technology, data, and AI powered tools to prospect, prioritize opportunities, and improve sales effectiveness
- Confident driving net new customer acquisition through a consultative, insight led sales approach
- Experienced using CRM, prospecting, and enablement tools to build pipeline, manage opportunities, and close new business
- Curious about digital transformation and how emerging technologies shape buyer behavior and go to market strategy
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by working in a performance driven, fast paced sales environment
What You Might Work On:
- Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities
- Managing a full cycle sales process from discovery through close
- Partnering with marketing and sales development to drive pipeline
- Accurately forecasting and managing opportunities in CRM
- Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and activity goals
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven success in a B2B new business sales role, driving net new customer acquisition
- Experience selling subscription, SaaS, research, or data driven solutions
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills across complex buying cycles
- Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders across marketing, advertising, media, technology, and business functions
- Experience owning pipeline, forecasting, and bookings targets
