About the role

Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP’s, etc.
Responsible for pulling the correct material for each order and inventory accurately in the system
Assist in the development of procedural improvements to increase efficiency, costs, safety, and morale
Understand the Picking process including paperwork and RF Scanners & Printers
Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) process
Replenish items to maintain inventory
Verify printed patient copy contains all required information
Ability to read and understand a MQR card
Cycle Counts in assigned area
Review the custom order form including any change orders
Able to enter information into Microsoft Excel
Interpret and input data into application-based data systems
Create new storage locations
Process Scrap & IB receipts
Manage VMI process
Troubleshoot Alternative solutions using appropriate tools and processes
Update OOS Orders
Review custom order forms, including change orders
Pull and consume material for Fulfillment processes
Troubleshoot Problem Orders & pick tickets
Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position)
Support the onboarding/training of new team members as needed
Speak and understand information in English
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
Material Management and/or Inventory Control experience preferred
Physical Demands: Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with a team lift (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc)
Compensation: Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $19.00 - $24.25. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
