The PACE Personal Care Attendant II is a valuable role within Franciscan Health. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays
Respond to participant needs and direct the inquiry to the appropriate party.
Maintain inventory supplies, set-up of the care environment, and physically assist PACE participants.
Deliver care in multiple settings, including in the home, the day center, the clinic or in transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED- Required
1 Year- Prior experience working with frail/elderly population- Required
1 Year- Healthcare experience as a patient care technician or similar position- Preferred
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association- Required
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- State Licensing Board - Required OR
Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - Required OR
Franciscan Patient Care Assistant Program (FPCAP) - Required
