Job Responsibilities:

Hauptaufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Erstellung und Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung unter Beachtung tariflicher, betrieblicher, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Bestimmungen für mehrere Standorte
Abstimmung der Lohn/Gehaltsdaten mit den Ansprechpartnern der Werke
Ansprechpartner/in für Fragen der Entgeltabrechnung sowie bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Abwicklung des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens
Kontaktperson für Krankenkassen und Behörden
Prüfung und unterstützende Anlage von Neueintritten in SAP nach Workday-Datentransfer
Pflege der Ein- und Austritten sowie aller Mitarbeiterstammdaten und Gehaltsveränderungen in SAP HR
Buchung und Kontrolle der Zeitwirtschaftsdaten
Betreuung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
Erstellung der Personalstatistiken und Auswertungen
Pflege und Verwaltung der Pfändungsprozesse
Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Abläufe
Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Lohnsteueraußenprüfungen sowie Rentenversicherungsprüfungen
Bearbeitung von Expatriate Out- und Inbound-Fällen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerbüro
- Klärung Verbleib in der dt. Sozialversicherung
- Abführung der Lohnsteuer für beschränkt Lohnsteuerpflichtige Mitarbeiter

Wissen und Ausbildung

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Human Resources
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Erfahrung mit einschlägiger Personalsoftware, idealerweise SAP HR
Kenntnisse in Workday sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Pakets, insbesondere Excel
Hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
Diskretion, Loyalität und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
