At dentsu, we're looking for a Biddable Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other biddable ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, data, technology, and performance.

You'll work closely with planning, analytics, and client teams to ensure media investments are not only efficiently managed, but continuously improved through testing, learning, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other biddable channels.

• Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and business outcomes.

• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures to maximize performance against client objectives.

• Translate performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.

• Partner with planning, analytics, and client teams to align campaign execution with broader business and marketing goals.

• Design and execute testing initiatives across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding approaches, and channel strategies.

• Ensure tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks are implemented accurately to support performance reporting and optimization.

• Stay ahead of platform developments, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing opportunities.

A Bit About You

• At least 2 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital advertising, or biddable media roles.

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or other major advertising platforms.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into optimization actions.

• Comfortable managing budgets, performance targets, and campaign pacing across multiple accounts.

• Familiarity with analytics, attribution, tracking, and measurement principles.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and naturally curious about how media performance can be improved.

• Able to balance execution excellence with strategic thinking and problem solving.
