Job Description
About EliseAI
At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.
By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.
Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.
Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.
With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.
About The Role
EliseAI is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager for our housing division to lead high-impact projects that drive growth and scale across the business. This is a generalist role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, likes to work across teams, and wants to own outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to solve critical problems—whether that means improving how we go to market, refining client onboarding, or building internal systems that help us operate smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional strategic projects across the full customer lifecycle—from improving sales performance and pricing strategy to optimizing implementation and post-sale processes
Analyze client workflows and usage to identify opportunities for automation, deeper product adoption, and better outcomes
Work closely with Sales, Product, and CS to refine how we position and deliver value to customers
Design internal processes and playbooks to support scale—across sales, onboarding, support, or customer expansion
Partner with leadership to uncover insights that guide product roadmap, GTM strategy, and operational priorities
Build internal reporting, forecasting, and process improvements to increase efficiency across teams
Serve as a connector between teams—keeping complex initiatives on track, communicating progress, and making sure execution matches strategic intent
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Move at rocket speed, build something massive.
We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.
Requirements
5–6 years of experience in consulting, banking, or a high-growth startup in a strategic or operational role; experience as a founder or early team member is a strong plus
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross-functionally
Strong slide-builder and effective in Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable
Excellent communicator; clear, direct, and confident in front of both executives and customers
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
