Fixed term contract until December 2027

We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team within our Specialist Phase 1 unit in Budapest. In this role at ICON Plc, you will support the planning and execution of participant recruitment activities for clinical trials, contributing to the successful enrolment of study participants and the delivery of high-quality clinical research.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams to help implement recruitment strategies, support participant engagement, and ensure recruitment activities run smoothly in line with study timelines and objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

Supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain participants for Phase 1 clinical trials
Working with cross-functional teams to support recruitment needs and participant engagement activities
Assisting in the creation, coordination, and distribution of recruitment materials and campaigns
Supporting the application of recruitment best practices to help achieve timely enrolment
Helping to maintain relationships with external partners and community organisations to support outreach activities

Your Profile:

Degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, public health, social sciences, or similar
Some experience or strong interest in clinical trial recruitment, patient engagement, or related areas
Basic understanding of marketing principles, including social media (advantageous)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Interest in participant engagement strategies and willingness to learn recruitment tools and systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
