SAP Business Analyst - Quality (QM) (d/f/m)

As part of our Material Logistics department, you will join the digital backbone of our global Spares and Kits supply chain. Our mission is to empower the Customer Services business by managing a portfolio of critical applications and providing expert IT guidance. We are looking for a passionate professional to help us lead the digitalization of our end-to-end supply chain in a safe, innovative, and collaborative environment.
Your Location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Address business process needs by linking requirements with SAP standard solutions.
Customize relevant SAP modules to bridge business needs with technical standard functions.
Promote and deliver SAP standard solutions to the business while driving gap analysis loops.
Lead the decision process based on business value and manage product backlogs when standards cannot be applied.
Manage project activities to build and deploy IT solutions globally.
Advise the Customer Services business on information system topics and digitalization changes.
Facilitate international collaboration, which includes a willingness to travel for business.
Desired skills and qualifications
Educated to a 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Profound knowledge of SAP and Logistic Business Processes, specifically quality processes and the QM module.
Technical capability to customize SAP modules and align them with best practices.
Strong ability to challenge business needs to ensure a return to standard functions.
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to drive change in a result-driven manner.
Negotiation level in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
