Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in our team, responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and Scrum Master skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum mastery, or a related field

- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus

Business Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify solutions

- Analyze data and processes to inform business decisions

- Develop and maintain business cases, user stories, and requirements documentation

- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans

Scrum Master:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

- Coach team members on Scrum principles, practices, and values

- Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure team progress

- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency

Technical Skills:

- Experience with project management tools, such as Azure Devops

- Basic understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies

- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
