What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying hazardous waste recycling and disposal solutions aligned with customer needs
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue
- Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on regulatory‑compliant, safe, and sustainable waste management solutions
- Collaborate with internal operations, compliance, and technical teams to develop accurate proposals and ensure effective service execution
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to support business goals and forecasting

- Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships based on trust, credibility, and long‑term value
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, negotiating solutions, and delivering results
- Solid understanding of environmental services, hazardous waste, or industrial services markets
- Clear, professional communication skills with customers and internal partners
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and accountability in managing priorities and territory responsibilities
