About the role
The NVIDIA CPU team is a world-class, global organization united by a mission to push the boundaries of what’s possible and shape the future of computing. We are looking for a talented, fast-learning and highly motivated Logic Design Engineer to join our team. As part of the core design team, you’ll take ownership of parts of the design and work closely with architecture, verification, and physical design teams, contributing to a fast-moving, technology-focused environment and helping shape future products.
What you'll be doing:
As part of the CPU core team, you’ll take ownership of a unit.
Contributing to the micro-architecture, writing RTL and documentation.
Working closely with verification and implementation teams to meet timing, area, performance, and power goals.
What we need to see:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in processor or other related high-performance semiconductor designs.
Hardware description language expertise required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
A strong background in computer architecture is highly desirable.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) is a plus.
