Who Are We?

The Village Early Learning Center is a Reggio-Emilia inspired, NAEYC accredited school for young learners located in Brandon, Florida. We are an established center that has been open for over 20 years. The campus consists of two buildings, lots of age-appropriate playgrounds, beautiful gardens and outdoor classrooms, a dedicated art room, state-of-the-art security, and the finest professional teaching team in the area. We are committed to investing in our staff and developing a caring, friendly community of educators and learners. It is our mission to grow independent and confident, compassionate individuals by cultivating an environment of academic excellence. Our dedication to creating a stimulating and enriching environment for students and teachers alike makes us an amazing place to work!

Who Are We Looking For?

What You’ll Do:

Guiding Classroom Operations: Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience for all classrooms.
Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.
Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.

What You Bring to the Table:

Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old.
Certification & Education:
- Active CDA or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE.
- Completed and active DCF 45 Hours.
Experience: 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
Training Requirements:
- Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
- Pass a Background Check.
Shift: Ability to work 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
