About Agoda

At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.

Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide.

No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.

Get to Know our Team

Agoda’s Technical Product Management (TPM) organization drives internal platforms and tools that enable thousands of engineers to build, ship, and operate world‑class products efficiently and reliably. Our TPMs bridge business, data, and technology—translating complex engineering and operational needs into scalable solutions that empower teams across the company.

The Production Deployments domain owns the end‑to‑end lifecycle of production services at Agoda—from initial deployment through operating, scaling, day‑to‑day management, and eventual retirement. This work spans more than a thousand services in production and includes deployment orchestration, private cloud runtime environments, service controls, and cost‑aware resource management. The domain is central to Agoda’s Production Excellence, balancing developer autonomy with the guardrails required for reliability, security, and efficiency at scale.

The Opportunity

As a Technical Product Manager for Production Deployments, you define and evolve the platforms that govern how services are deployed, operated, scaled, and managed in production. You partner with platform engineers, SREs, and application teams to improve not only how software is released, but also how it consumes resources, manages risk, and operates cost‑effectively across its lifecycle.

This is a high‑impact role shaping how thousands of services run in production—enabling teams to move quickly while providing the visibility, controls, and standards required to operate reliably at scale.

In This Role, You’ll Get To:

  • Own the full product lifecycle for production deployment and runtime platforms—from discovery and design through adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Define a clear long‑term vision for managing production services, including deployment, operating, scaling, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Partner with platform engineers, SREs, and service owners toidentify operational challenges and prioritize high‑impact platform capabilities.
  • Enable safer and more efficient releases through automation, standardization, and platform guardrails.
  • Drive visibility and controls around resource usage and cost, enabling teams tooptimize and right‑size their services.
  • Design and evolve self‑service capabilities and controls that allow teams to manage services independently while meeting reliability and security standards.
  • Balance delivery velocity with reliability, capacity management, and cost efficiency.
  • Define and track key metrics across the service lifecycle, including deployment frequency, change failure rates, resourceutilization, cost efficiency, and recovery time.
  • Communicate clearly across engineering and leadership, including during complex or high‑impact production situations.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and execution, driving initiatives from concept through broad adoption across a large engineering organization.
  • Stay current with industry practices in CI/CD, cloud platforms, platform engineering, cost optimization, and large‑scale service operations, and apply them pragmatically.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience working in or closely with
