The overall purpose of the position is to provide day-to-day administrative support to Medical Affairs activities, projects and DUA/RWE/PMS studies and in compliance with current legislation and company SOPs.
- Maintain the folders of projects and study files to ensure all study related docs and records are kept current and up to date.
- Coordinate the internal and external process to complete project related payment, contracting, approval, and other tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist the document preparation for EC/HGRAC submission.
- Provide administrative support on logistics and meeting organization.
- Support on project related tasks assigned by project leader.
- Provide general office assistance, including copying, printing, and binding documents.
- Work with appropriate personnel to support on the information/ data consolidation regarding Adverse Events.
- Assist Safety team on overseas AE reporting, maintain safety related documentations including individual AE reports and other reports.
- Take on any other tasks as assigned by line-manager.
