Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Calgary, Alberta location.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive, solutions‑focused support
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward the right solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Work Environment
This role is based in an office setting, working closely with internal teams and customers. It involves frequent communication by phone, email, and digital platforms, with occasional visits to yard or production areas as needed.
