Responsable Recherche et développement (R&D) EMEA H/F

Nous recherchons notre futur Responsable Recherche et développement (R&D) EMEA H/F, un leader reconnu, engagé et inspirant pour piloter notre organisation recherche et développement coatings en EMEA (~20 personnes), incluant le management direct de l’équipe formulation peintures militaires.

Ce poste clé combine expertise technique, excellence laboratoire, exigences réglementaires et management d’équipes internationales.

Il s'agit d'un poste sur-site, localisé à Gonfreville L'Orcher (76).

Missions principales:

• Manager, développer et engager les équipes recherche et développement (R&D) basées à Gonfreville et Shildon, avec une responsabilité directe sur l’équipe formulation coatings militaires française

• Piloter l’innovation et le cycle de vie des produits, de la formulation au support client

• Gérer le portefeuille de projets, prioriser et allouer efficacement les ressources

• Garantir l’excellence des laboratoires, avec une responsabilité forte sur :

  • Qualité et systèmes associés

  • Santé, Sécurité, Environnement (HSE)

  • Conformité réglementaire (aéronautique & défense)

  • Amélioration continue (5S, performance, optimisation des processus)

• Assurer la performance opérationnelle, le suivi des objectifs et la responsabilisation des équipes

• Collaborer à l’international, avec les équipes EMEA et globales (États-Unis et centres d’innovation)

Profil recherché

• Formation Ingénieur / Master en Chimie

• Expérience confirmée (≥10 ans) dont minimum 5 ans en management direct d’équipes techniques multiculturelles.

• Expertise en recherche et développement (R&D) et formulation de coatings, idéalement en aéronautique, défense ou automobile

• Expérience solide en management de laboratoire, incluant qualité, hygiène sécurité, environnement (HSE) et conformité réglementaire

• Forte capacité en gestion de projets complexes

• Anglais et français courants indispensables

• Maîtrise des outils analytiques (Excel, Minitab…)

Rémunération: 62k€ - 81k€ sur 12 mois + Bonus
