Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. You will also engage in iterative design processes, testing prototypes, and refining applications based on user feedback to enhance overall functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the applications align with business objectives and user needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), User Interface Development.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user experience design and usability testing.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
