Job Description:
 

We are seeking a Logistics Support Engineer.
 

CAR‑T is an innovative therapy that leverages a patient’s own immune system to fight cancer. By genetically modifying a patient’s T‑cells to recognize and destroy cancer cells, this transformative technology offers new hope to patients who have exhausted other treatment options.

The Logistics Support Engineer implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance efficient production initiatives.

Core responsibilities include:

- Provide warehouse input to project design teams for buildings, utilities, infrastructure, IT and Production Systems.

- The collaborative project-based work with various support functions and process development teams to successfully implement or improve CAR-T processes for logistics activities. This includes leading cross-functional project teams through projects focused on maintaining a competitive and compliant operational framework.

- Expanding and maintaining effective work relationships with business, quality, safety, and other functions to ensure compliance with all quality and safety requirements.

- Maintaining Change Controls necessary for the preparation of the facilities or other improvements.

- Support SAP systems readiness. Act as key user from the business side to integrate systems solutions in logistics operations. Responsible for coordination of Business Simulation Testing (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Support the organization during health inspection audits

- Understand logistics operations financials and support budget adherence. Identify and implement opportunities for increased cost efficiency.

- Link with other business units to improve the wider CAR-T logistics network / transportation / warehousing strategy.

- Strict adherence to all applicable quality and prevention rules and procedures. Setting an example of behaviour.

- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Quality commitment in day-to-day interactions.

 

Experience and Skills

Knowledge:

GMP / GDP regulations with regards to warehousing

SAP ERP/WMS

Prevention procedures and regulations

J&J Credo, DEI

Project management skills
 

Qualifications 
 

Education:

Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent disciplines
