Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 6/7 Paediatric Audiologist to support paediatric audiology services across Norwich and King’s Lynn in Norfolk. This weekend‑based position is ideal for a highly skilled audiologist with strong paediatric experience, confident in delivering specialist assessments and providing exceptional care to children and their families. You will work autonomously within a supportive audiology team, delivering high‑quality diagnostic services and ensuring consistent and safe clinical practice across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced paediatric hearing assessments, including VRA, play audiometry and PTA.
  • Provide specialist diagnostic input and clinical decision-making.
  • Support smooth delivery of weekend audiology clinics across Norfolk.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of clinical governance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with RCCP/HCPC or eligible professional body.
  • Significant paediatric audiology experience at Band 6/7 level.
  • Competent in a full range of paediatric audiological test techniques.
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgement, and autonomy in practice.
