Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to design, build, and lead the delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development, architecture guidance, and mentoring of engineers while ensuring best practices across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of end-to-end full stack solutions
  • Architect scalable, high-performance systems using modern cloud and container technologies
  • Drive technical decisions, coding standards, and best practices
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior developers
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Guide Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of full stack development experience
  • Strong expertise in .NET 9, C#, Web APIs, and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, Couchbase, or similar)
  • Experience designing distributed, event-driven architectures
  • Frontend experience with Angular 16+
  • Containerization using Docker/Kubernetes
  • Strong CI/CD implementation experience (preferably Azure ADO)
  • Cloud platform experience: Azure or GCP (Azure preferred)
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ownership mindset, initiative, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Microservices architecture experience
  • Performance optimization and observability tools
  • DevOps automation knowledge

Leadership Expectations

  • Coach and mentor developers
  • Conduct code reviews and technical guidance
  • Influence architecture and roadmap decisions
  • Act as the go-to technical escalation point


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred
