QC Techician

Major Duties / Key Result Areas

• Verify formular and component specification on batch cards

• Set up, adjusts, calibrates and operates laboratory equipment and instruments

• Test samples of manufactured product to verify conformity to specifications

• Record test results on batch cards, checksheet and in our computer operating system

• Manage quality records and retains of production batches

• Evaluate retains of production batches in response to quality complaint

• Conduct incoming material testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications

• Perform routine testing during production and finished product to ensure finish product are filled and packaged according to specifications

• Perform quality audit of laboratory and production work instruction to ensure compliance to Quality Policy

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in relevant discipline

• Knowledge in paint or chemicals

• Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing plant preferably in paint industry & QC function
