  • JOB SUMMARY 

  • The Head Tennis Professional is responsible for all Club tennis activity programming, including developing and promoting tennis programs for all age groups, while providing the elite experience that caters to the clientele of Four Seasons. The Head Tennis Pro will organize tennis clinics and private lessons that encourage participation in the Clubs tennis activities and will promote memberships to all potential prospects. Additionally, the Head Tennis Pro will act as the Clubs Tennis Ambassador to enhance the value of the Club. The Head Tennis Pro reports directly to the Director of Golf and directly supervises Tennis Professionals.

  • Assist the clients with all tennis needs and ensure tennis policies are being followed. 

  • Oversee the development, organization, and implementation of all tennis and pickleball programs, events, leagues, and clinic

  • Communicate with Director of Golf as well as the Four Seasons Sales and Leisure team to schedule and publicize tennis events. 

  • Initiate communication with new members in order to conduct a tennis orientation into the facility and programs available. 

  • Maintain courts in a professional manner and ensure that the environment is safe for all those who use the facility. 

  • Maximize the Clubs tennis facilities to reduce attrition and attract new clientele. 

  • Prepare yearly budget as directed and adhere to standards and policies. 

  •  Perform all other duties as assigned

  • Promote tennis programs and events through various marketing channels

  • Must be able to interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed. 

  • Hire seasonal tennis professionals on an annual basis

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment

  • Proven experience in tennis program management or leadership role

  • Self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented professional

  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience playing Pickleball and Padel

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects efficiently

  • Full professional proficiency in English required; additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are advantageous

  • Comfortable using standard computer systems and office equipment

  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
