Position Summary
The Finance Reporting Manager for Construction, Real Estate, and Facilities is a key partner in driving operational performance and cost efficiency. In this role, you will consolidate reporting and commitments as well as as the management of the $150-$185M capital repair and replace portfolio focusing on analytics, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making and financial outcomes. You will build and maintain reports, assist with dashboards, and visualizations to ensure data integrity, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvements. Acting as a liaison across the Executive Team, Area & Regional Directors, Facility Managers, Project Managers, and IT, you will help ensure accurate reporting, manage multiple priorities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Reporting on annual capital budgeting, monthly forecasting, and departmental financial reporting for Construction and Properties/Facilities, including forecasting of cash flow and historical trends.
- Serve as a liaison, facilitating seamless communication and information flow between the Leadership Team, project managers, regional managers for Facilities programs.
- Drive and implement process enhancements and innovations to streamline and ensure the accuracy of financial forecasts, commitments, and budgets for all capital programs and projects.
- Manage and improve the accrual process and reporting for project related.
- Provide financial guidance and analytical support to multiple business segments, including Shared Services, PBM and Non-Retail Business Units.
- Conduct various business analyses, financial project close-out procedures, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Participate in cross-functional capital projects with other internal CVS departments, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Budget and Financial Planning
- Annual Budget Development: Collaborate with non-retail management and external groups to develop the department’s annual budget, aligning it with corporate initiatives and supporting existing business initiatives.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial reporting, accruals, forecast, and budget requirements support to multiple department managers.
Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Management
- Project Documentation and Analysis: Prepare financial documentation for all expense and capital costs associated with planned and unplanned projects.
- Capital Accruals: Assist in the development of quarterly/year-end capital accruals, ~$10M-$12M average.
- Training and Development: Prepare annual development and training sessions on CapEx requirements for the department and provide on-board capital training for new department associates.
- Invoice Review and Approval: Review and approve department CapEx invoices using ServiceChannel.
- Project Closeout Support: Support business and project owners in the final financial closeout process for projects.
- Weekly Capital Repair and Replace Reporting: Create, analyze, and distribute bi-weekly capital expenditure and dashboard reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Accounting, Finance, Construction Finance, or equivalent experience required
- Technical Skills Preferred: Tririga, SAP S4, Fiori, Access, and Power BI
- Technical Skills Required: Proficient and Advanced Skills in Excel and willing to learn new technical requirements
- Excellent critical reasoning abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, create processes and documentation for peers, end-users and leadership
- Presentation skills – Ability to develop and present to various levels within the organization
- Strong cross-functional relationship/collaboration experience required
- Experience leading processes required
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet aggressive deadline deliverables
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Background in financial analysis and process improvements, using data and research preferred
- Experience leading a team preferred
- Experience in Ariba and Tableau and/or Power Bi preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
