Overview
We are seeking a qualified Infra Road Engineer with solid experience in infrastructure and road design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models, supporting engineering design activities, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.
Your role
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads/InRoads.
- Generate and analyze existing terrain and subsurface models using survey data, including grading, drainage, and earthworks calculations.
- Design and coordinate road alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and associated infrastructure elements.
- Develop and integrate underground utilities and service networks within road and infrastructure corridors.
- Review engineering sketches, specifications, and technical data to ensure alignment with design intent and project standards.
- Prepare accurate engineering drawings, plans, and documentation for project delivery.
- Support project teams with additional technical tasks as required.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure and road design.
- Proven experience in 2D and 3D modeling for roadworks, grading, earthworks, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Experience in industrial or mining infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of hydrology and drainage design is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads/InRoads.
- Solid understanding of road design principles, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Ability to interpret survey data, maps, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
