The Role: Lead, Talent Acquisition
Responsible for managing and driving end-to-end talent acquisition activities across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. This role will support recruitment needs across all levels, from technician and professional positions to management-level roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The incumbent will also oversee new hire onboarding, expatriate employment pass matters, and various Talent Acquisition administrative functions to support operational excellence and business continuity.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring requirements, and recruitment priorities.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding activities for technician, professional, and management-level positions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across multiple functions.
Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, job portals, and other talent sources.
Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the selection process with hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Manage onboarding activities to ensure smooth and timely integration of new hires.
Prepare and submit expatriate employment pass applications, renewals, and related immigration documentation while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Maintain recruitment records, candidate files, and personnel documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate offer letter administration, including IRB (LHDN) stamp duty submission and tracking.
Generate recruitment metrics, hiring reports, and other Talent Acquisition reports as required.
Support recruitment audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Seek:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles, including technical, engineering, operations, and management positions.
Familiarity with expatriate employment pass applications, renewals, and immigration processes.
Good understanding of labor regulations and employment-related compliance requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and high-volume recruitment.
Knowledge of onboarding processes, immigration requirements, and recruitment compliance.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
