Description:

RN Home Care Supervisor – Weekend Track

Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for an RN Supervisor to join our Weekend team!

Primarily responsible to manage a team of nurses that work the weekend, assist with scheduling and coordination of care for patients coming on service. Triages phone calls from patients, staff, providers, and referral sources. Acts as a liaison between Agency and other Community service agencies and referral sources. Eddy VNRA has secretarial support in the office on weekends to ensure support is available to our Weekend Team in a timely manner.

Position Details:

  • 12 hour day shifts Saturday and Sunday
  • Paid at an elevated rate of $62.45 hourly
  • Full-Time Benefit Eligible with a 24 hour weekly schedule

Requirements:

  • Home Care experience preferred
  • 1-2 years RN acute care experience required
  • Valid NYS RN Licensure required

Pay Range:$44.00 - $58.10

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
