As a Radiology Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth of GE Healthcare's radiology product portfolio within an assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Job Description
The job locations: Bucharest, Iasi, Brasov, Sibiu, Targu Mures.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives for GE Healthcare's radiology solutions (e.g., MRI, CT),
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including radiologists, hospital administrators, purchasing departments, and other clinical decision-makers.
Identifying customer needs and pain points, and effectively articulating the value proposition of GE Healthcare's radiology products and services.
Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of GE Healthcare's solutions.
Negotiating and close sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, service, clinical applications) to ensure seamless customer experience and support.
Providing regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to management.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape in radiology.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Business Administration, or related science discipline).
Strong sales experience in medical devices, preferably within the radiology or diagnostic imaging sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of radiology workflows, clinical applications, and competitive products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Romania
