The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Custom Smile Solution – Digital Dental Designer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
 

• Design dental restorations for custom dental products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish treatment protocols and guidelines for custom dental products.
• Ensure compliance with design criteria: Adhere to internal design guidelines and quality standards to maintain consistency and accuracy in all restorations.
• Lead and /or participate in special projects as requested.
• Providing support to the team, to ensure excellent customer experience and optimal clinical outcomes.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
 

• 5+ years of experience in dental design utilizing 3Shape software (Dental CAD Design), with a focus on designing dental restorations, primarily veneers, as well as digital models. Proficiency in other Dental CAD applications is also highly valued.

• 5+ years in a Dental Lab Technician role.
• Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and patient records to design custom dental restorations that meet the patient's aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Make digital designs fit quality standards and meet prescription requests.
• Inspect and evaluate the final digital design for restorations to ensure they meet Doctor specifications and standards, making any necessary adjustments or modifications.
• Proficiency in English (B2+)
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions.

Work location

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Belen, Heredia at least 1 day per week)
