Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, crafting innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Forge robust partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand departmental goals and talent needs.
Enhance candidate experience through meticulous management and advocacy, ensuring ERM stands out as an employer of choice.
Leverage advanced ATS (preferably Workday) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain rigorous compliance and reporting standards.

Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent with at least 10+ years of experience in technical or sales operations recruiting.
Strong understanding of the environmental, sustainability, or relevant industrial sectors (IT/Finance/HR/Consulting).
Exceptional reporting organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday &/or GEM preferred).
