About the role 
Supervises Supply Chain Management support employees, setting day-to-day goals and objectives. Supports identification of gaps in processes and implementations, root cause analysis, and implementation of identified processes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the schedule on BU Water Cool/Air Cool
• Maintain Sequence on SAP/ATOM in daily basis
• Responsible for communicating shortages to production
• Made the changes properly to maximize efficiency
• Coordinate Purchasing-IML to complete the schedule without disruption to Operations
• Supports management across Supply Chain disciplines to identify gaps in processes and implementations. Supports root cause analysis and implementation of identified processes.
• Guides Supply Chain teams for order and procurement execution. Monitors adherance to standards and protocols.
• Partners with SMEs in gathering information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices, and seeks approval from senior management. Guides associates and provides input based on issues faced in day-to-day operations.
• Guides responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports senior management in information gathering form primary and secondary sources for planning and budgeting day-to-day activities.

As a minimum you must have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative, coordination, or support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including the ability to create and maintain macros.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Highly analytical with a logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of fundamental management practices, including work planning, task prioritization, coaching, and process execution.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish
