Department Overview

Krakow PCR department (Professional and Commercial Radio) develops and delivers software solutions used for business & mission critical communications and workflows in MOTOTRBO systems.

Our solutions are omnipresent globally in many life-critical verticals: healthcare, public safety, transportation, logistics, education, hospitality, energy, manufacturing, retail etc. Indeed, we help people in the moments that are important to them.

We are responsible for end-to-end software development life-cycle, including: specification and design, implementation, testing (unit-to-system level), delivery and maintenance.

In our products we use a number of technologies related to both on-premise and cloud-based development. Recently we expanded our technology stack with mobile app development.

We apply agile methodologies to organize our work ranging from cross-functional teams to portfolio management.

Job Description

Recently we have expanded our portfolio with a mobile application that simplifies workflows in our PCR communication systems. We look for an experienced mobile app engineer who will strengthen our team. Together we will build robust solutions using modern technology stack - all that to help our customers to effectively interact with their systems.

Basic Requirements

It is important that you:

• Have strong technical skills

• Have strong, practical knowledge of mobile app technologies for both iOS and Android

• Are able to write a solid Dart code

• Know how to use Flutter for multiplatform app development

• Understand CI/CD practices tailored for mobile app development

• Have English language skills at level allowing efficient communication

• Work with passion and an agile mindset

• would be able to work 2 days a week from Krakow Office (Czerwone Maki)
   

It is nice if you:

• Have experience with Microsoft Azure cloud and GCP

• Have knowledge related to security

• Have some databases knowledge
