The Role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier technology talent to join our team. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and create a recruiting strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will leverage your network and sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, and ensure that we are delivering a positive candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens, technical screens, and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from hiring managers, and extending job offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating regularly, providing feedback, and responding to candidate questions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) GreenHouse.
- Continuously improve the recruiting process by providing feedback and implementing best practices.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent to support future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably with experience in a software development environment.
- 2+ years experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- 2+ years experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-tier technology talent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
