Production Supervisor - Assembly

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in driving productivity, ensuring schedule attainment, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about continuous improvement and team development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision

• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

• Ability to enforce policies and apply disciplinary actions appropriately

• High level of integrity and commitment to safety and quality standards

Position Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting your team to meet daily production goals. You’ll coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules. Your role includes monitoring housekeeping and safety practices, ensuring compliance with environmental and health standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will manage departmental budgets, maintain production reports, and take corrective actions when necessary. This position also involves coordinating maintenance and engineering needs, analyzing inventory, and ordering necessary equipment or materials. You’ll play a key role in enforcing company policies and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

This position operates within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where leadership, influence, and clear communication are essential to success.
