In this role, you will require in-depth knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Planning. You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve performance. You will solve complex problems by taking a new perspective using existing solutions and work independently with minimal guidance.
You will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may direct the work of other staff members. Additionally, you may lead projects with limited risks and resources. Your role requires conceptual and practical experience in Supply Chain Planning and basic knowledge of related disciplines. You will need awareness of the competition, industry best practices, and the factors that differentiate your company in the market.
You will develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. - You will adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- You will be responsible for analyzing customer demand to create the Master Production Schedule.
- You will track NPI activities and communicate information to relevant parties.
- You will communicate with external customers and suppliers to ensure production requirements are being met, and problem-solve to remove bottlenecks.
- You will collaborate with the customer operations team to gather accurate demand forecasts and incorporate them into production plans.
- You will monitor to ensure optimum inventory levels.
- You will utilize production data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions for process improvements.
- You will effectively use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to input and update production plans, ensuring accurate data availability.
- You will address unforeseen challenges such as equipment breakdowns, material shortages, or production delays by devising solutions.
- You may perform other duties as needed and as directed by your leadership.
- In this role, you will provide site‑level leadership and ownership of end‑to‑end supply chain planning performance across one or more product families or value streams. You will translate customer demand into optimized, executable supply and capacity plans while balancing service, inventory, cost, and operational stability.
- You will either operate with a broader planning horizon, owning mid‑ to long‑term planning activities and ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, labor, and material availability. You will play a key role in SIOP / S&OP execution, Long Range Planning (LRP), and Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), ensuring production plans support business objectives and financial targets. Or alternatively operate in the short term window orchestrating OTD, Schedule attainment and organizing the schedulers.
- You will act as one of the functional leaders within the planning organization, defining planning standards, setting rules and priorities, and mentoring other planners and schedulers. While you may not have direct people management responsibility, you will influence cross‑functional teams through data, insight, and credibility.
- You will proactively identify structural risks and opportunities within the planning system, including capacity gaps, inventory exposure, service risks, and master data integrity issues. You will partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Operations, Finance, and Leadership to drive fact‑based decision‑making and resolve complex trade‑offs.
- You will lead cross‑functional planning forums such as capacity reviews, demand reviews , and escalation management, providing clear options, recommendations, and consequence analysis. You will own the design and continuous improvement of planning metrics, dashboards, and analytical tools, ensuring transparency, data integrity, and consistent interpretation across the site.

- On-Time Delivery: measures the ability of the role to create and execute production schedules that align with predetermined timelines. It quantifies the percentage of production orders or schedules that are completed and fulfilled within the specified timeframes. A high On-Time Delivery percentage indicates effective planning, coordination, and timely execution of production activities.
- Schedule Attainment: evaluates how closely the actual production output aligns with the planned production schedule. It is calculated by comparing the planned production quantities with the actual quantities produced over a specific time period. This metric provides insight into the Planner's ability to translate demand forecasts into achievable production plans and the extent to which those plans are realized in practice.
- Sales Order Backorder: measures the volume of customer orders that cannot be fulfilled immediately due to insufficient inventory levels or production capacity.
- Inventory levels: measure inventory value and days on hand to target based on Plan for Every Part analysis. These metrics requires the Planner to monitor WIP aging & FG levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adherence to inventory targets.
- Capacity Utilization: Measure how well the available production capacity is utilized. This helps assess whether the Planner optimally allocates resources and minimizes idle time.
- Stability and adherence of mid‑ to long‑term plans vs Revenue target (Demand Review)
- Inventory health relative to service targets and business objectives
- Capacity alignment vs demand over short, mid, and long horizons (Supply Review)
- Effectiveness of planning escalation management and recovery actions

What sets you apart?
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desired, along with at least four years of relevant experience; however, if you do not meet the education requirement, you may be considered with more than five years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
- You demonstrate the ability to lead team activities and act as a coach for other less experienced associates.
- Ability to understand standard issues and problems to identify solutions and innovation strong computer skills (MS office). Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Working experience in a manufacturing environment (Medical devices desired)
- Clear and professional communications to all levels of the organization are essential in this role, and you will have well-developed written and oral communication skills.
