Responsibilities:

1.Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.

2.Establish a Preventative Maintenance Program and regularly verify that it is  applied and its effectiveness is measured.

3.Improve equipment reliability by increasing the mean time between failure (MTBF) while reducing the mean time to repair (MTTR).

4.Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns and trends to the management and support production team in achieving high OEE.

5.Responsible for deciding technical specifications for new capital or spare purchase & Spares Management. Also responsible for successful installation of Machineries in the plant.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical )
• 7-8 years in Maintenance or Engineering in Plastics Processing Industry
