About the role
The Digital Marketing Creative Manager is responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of digital campaigns for artists and releases. This role blends creative storytelling, content strategy, and digital marketing execution to grow audience engagement, streaming performance, and brand presence across platforms.
What you'll do
Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and lead creative concepts for artist campaigns, including single/album launches
- Translate artist DNA into compelling digital narratives
- Collaborate with A&R, brand, and marketing teams to align campaign vision
Content Creation & Direction
- Oversee creation of digital assets: short-form videos, visuals, motion graphics, and social content
- Direct photoshoots, video shoots, and creative production
- Ensure all content aligns with artist branding and label standards
Digital Platform Management
- Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify
- Optimize content formats and posting strategies per platform
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Artist Branding & Storytelling
- Shape and maintain consistent artist branding across all digital touchpoints
- Build long-term audience connection through storytelling and content series
- Guide artists on personal content and social media presence
- Work closely with A&R, Commercial, Marketing teams, and artists to align platform strategies with artist development and release campaigns.
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, and streaming uplift
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and audience behavior
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Manage internal creative teams and external agencies
- Work closely with media buying, PR, and partnerships teams
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
Who you are
- 5–8 years in digital marketing, creative, or content roles (Agencies, music/entertainment preferred)
- Proven experience managing creative campaigns and teams (non-conventional Marketing)
- Strong creative vision and storytelling ability
- Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
- Passion for music and pop culture
- Highly collaborative and adaptable
- Strong project management and communication skills
