Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence is looking for an exceptional Director of People and Culture who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate employee and service experience. 

The Director of People & Culture is an integral part of the Hotel Leadership Team, who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel.

You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in our hotel.  Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the People and Culture division including benefits administration, employee relations, talent acquisition and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development of staff, training and legal matters related to hotel employees.

Our Ideal Director of People and Culture candidate will have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Passion for people, talent management and learning, and will be a Business Partner;
  • Strategic, strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs and has the ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel, and is a catalyst for change and an employee champion.
  • Egyptian nationality is a must.
