Senior EC Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Commerce campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget
• Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies
• Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client
• Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors
• Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams
