As a Data & Process Analytics Intern, you will play a key role in supporting project execution and business decision‑making through data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role provides hands‑on experience in data analytics, process improvement, and governance within a dynamic, regional LATAM environment.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Innovation, Quality, Supply Chain, Demand, Finance, and PMO, gaining exposure to end‑to‑end analytics processes, data governance, and performance reporting across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of data analysis tools, databases, trackers, and reporting solutions.
• Create, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports to support regional decision‑making.
• Collect, clean, consolidate, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Support data governance initiatives, ensuring accuracy, integrity, robustness, and traceability of data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional regional teams to identify data needs and deliver analytical solutions.
• Support process documentation, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to efficiency, governance, and complexity‑reduction initiatives across LATAM projects and processes.
• Provide analytical and reporting support to regional projects, enabling performance visibility and informed decisions.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests, analysis, and problem‑solving activities.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience or strong interest in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge or experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
• Understanding of data visualization, analytics, or statistics is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken), with ability to understand technical documentation.
