Techniker (m/w/d) - Gerätefertigung.

In unserer Instrumentenfertigung übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle:

Sie optimieren Prozesse und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen. Dabei berichten Sie direkt an den Area Manager der Gerätefertigung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Technische Betreuung der Gerätefertigung - von der Arbeitsvorbereitung über die Fehleranalyse bis zur Festlegung von Montagereihenfolgen
Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit sowie Einleitung und Überwachung entsprechender Maßnahmen
Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs (Material- und Werkzeugverfügbarkeit)
Analyse, Definition und Überwachung von industriellen Anforderungen, Fertigungs- und Reparaturprozessen inkl. Kennzahlen
Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Arbeitsplätzen und Produktionsprozessen
Unterstützung bei Neuanläufen und Produkteinführungen
Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an mechanischen und elektronischen Anlagen
Mitwirkung bei Qualitätsstandards sowie Anleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei Prüf- und Nacharbeiten
Umsetzung spannender Projekte (z. B. neue Produkte, Maschinenumbauten, Optimierungen)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Qualität und Entwicklung

Das bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Techniker) mit Berufserfahrung oder Bachelorabschluss im technischen Bereich
Technische Affinität und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
Gute PC-Kenntnisse, idealerweise ERP-Systeme
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Bereitschaft, aktiv in der Gerätefertigung mitzuarbeiten

Technician (m/f/d) - Instrument Manufacturing.

Would you like to do more than just observe and instead actively shape processes?

In our instrument manufacturing department, you will take on a key role by optimizing processes and working closely with various teams. You will report directly to the Area Manager of Instrument Manufacturing.

Your responsibilities:

Technical support of instrument manufacturing - from work preparation and fault analysis to defining assembly sequences
Ensuring occupational health and safety, including initiating and monitoring appropriate measures
Ensuring smooth production operations, including material and tool availability
Analyzing, defining, and monitoring industrial requirements as well as manufacturing and repair processes, including KPIs
Supporting the introduction and optimization of workstations and production processes
Supporting production ramp‑ups and new product introductions
Performing maintenance and servicing of mechanical and electronic equipment
Contributing to quality standards and providing guidance and support to employees during inspections and rework
Implementing exciting projects (e.g. new products, machine modifications, process optimizations)
Close collaboration with Service, Quality, and Development teams

Your profile:

Completed technical vocational training (e.g. certified technician) with relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
Strong technical affinity and a hands‑on mindset
Good PC skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with a wide range of stakeholders
Initiative, flexibility, and assertiveness
Willingness to actively work on the shop floor in instrument manufacturing
