Are you a seasoned SAP Native HANA expert with deep knowledge of the DuPont technology landscape? Do you thrive at the intersection of enterprise architecture, data engineering, analytics, and business transformation?

We are seeking a SAP Native HANA Design Specialist to lead the design, governance, and modernization of enterprise-scale analytics and data solutions that power critical business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Product Stewardship, and Asset Reliability.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with business leaders, architects, data engineers, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performing SAP Native HANA solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

Lead Enterprise Solution Design

• Architect scalable SAP Native HANA solutions aligned with business goals, enterprise architecture standards, and performance requirements.

• Design high-performing data models, Calculation Views, SQLScript logic, integration frameworks, and analytics-ready data structures.

• Lead architecture reviews, governance practices, modernization efforts, and solution optimization across the Native HANA landscape.

Partner with Business Leaders

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational processes, reporting needs, and analytical requirements.

• Translate complex business requirements into practical technical and functional solutions.

• Guide teams on data lineage, transformation logic, source-to-target mapping, reporting impacts, and measurable business value.

Enable Advanced Analytics & Data Integration

• Design and govern integration strategies across SAP, non-SAP applications, Data Lake environments, and enterprise analytics platforms.

• Define data flows across Native HANA, BW/HANA, Power BI, Data Lake, and reporting ecosystems.

• Develop curated, high-performance HANA data models that support enterprise reporting, dashboards, self-service analytics, Power BI, and downstream applications.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, governance, and quality across enterprise data assets.

Provide Technical Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for development teams and stakeholders.

• Review architecture, HANA models, SQLScript, stored procedures, and implementation approaches.

• Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, optimization, development standards, and best practices.

• Mentor technical teams while fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, BI CoE, and Governance teams to maintain solution integrity.

• Contribute to the analytics modernization roadmap, Data Lake initiatives, and Power BI adoption.

• Reduce technical debt by improving maintainability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence across the analytics ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering SAP Native HANA solutions, data integration platforms, and enterprise analytics architectures.

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Design Lead, or Technical Lead supporting large-scale HANA implementations.

• Previous experience supporting DuPont projects and systems.

• Deep understanding of the DuPont application landscape, enterprise data architecture, reporting environment, and analytics ecosystem.

• Extensive experience with:

  • SAP Native HANA

  • HANA Modeling & Calculation Views

  • SQLScript, Stored Procedures, and Table Functions

  • Data Integration & Enterprise Analytics

  • Performance Optimization & Solution Architecture

• Hands-on experience supporting business functions such as:

  • Finance (FI/CO)

  • Supply Chain

  • Procurement

  • Manufacturing

  • Commercial Operations

  • Product Stewardship

  • Asset Reliability

• Proven experience with DuPont Data Lake architecture, including data ingestion, transformation, and reporting enablement.

• Strong expertise integrating Native HANA with Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions.

• Deep understanding of upstream and downstream system dependencies and enterprise-wide data flows.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

• Experience with SAP Data Services, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SAP PO/PI, or similar integration technologies.

• Knowledge of BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau, and modern analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with HANA development tools including Web IDE, HDI, XSA/XSC, and OData services.

• SAPUI5 experience is a plus.
