Job Description

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a SMB Account Manager at ZoomInfo? We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team and take on the exciting challenge of upselling and retaining a portfolio of SMB accounts (companies with less than 100 employees). If you’re motivated by driving growth, exceeding targets, and contributing to a high-performing team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of roughly 150 existing customer accounts, with a strong focus on retention and growth.
  • Use referrals and existing relationships to uncover new opportunities within our valued client base.
  • Deliver engaging online product demos that educate, inspire, and convert.
  • Build accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic team to progress and close deals over the phone.
  • Identify the right stakeholders within existing clients by understanding which verticals we serve and how we deliver quick ROI to their peers.
  • Apply creativity and strategic thinking to expand multithreaded relationships within departments, and identify new opportunities across the wider customer organisation.
  • Be thoroughly prepared for all client interactions – well-researched, professional, and personable.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in a closing role, with consistent quota attainment.
  • The ability to deliver a compelling message that resonates at all levels.
  • Experience in both transactional and solution-led selling, with confidence across the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organisational abilities.
  • High energy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Strong qualification skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with the business intelligence market is an advantage.
  • Sales and lead development training is preferred.

What’s In It For You

  • A top-tier technology stack.
  • A market-leading product offering (with a long list of G2 awards to back it up!).
  • A market-leading and competitively structured compensation package

Benefits to Help You Thrive

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision cover.
  • Eligibility for future equity awards.
  • Pension contributions with employer matching.
  • 12 weeks’ parental leave for primary caregivers, and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Family-forming support of up to $20k, plus discounts on Care.com membership.
  • Virgin Pulse wellness programme.
  • Optional add-ons such as pet insurance, legal services, and more.

This is an office-based role, 3 working days in office with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
