Thuma is seeking a Retail Team Lead to join our new team in Cherry Creek, reporting directly to the Store Manager. As the Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for exhibiting an inviting, elevated, confident, and friendly attitude while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

 

You will guide and support our retail associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and driving excellence in customer service throughout the team. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving key team metrics, operational efficiency, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and upholding brand standards.
