Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
SUMMARY
The position has overall ownership for the on-boarding process that supports all onboarding across the organization. The position executes on tactical management direction for the team, as well as provides daily management and oversight. The role provides consultant support across the organization on innovative solutions and best practices to onboard talent to the organization.
The position will generate and monitor onboarding metrics against SLAs to identify areas of opportunity. The role will review metric data and discuss results with leadership regarding new hires’ first year of employment. The role will monitor performance and provide guidance/coaching to team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
People Leadership:
Effectively recruits and retains talent for continuous support of aligned business areas.
Fosters a team-based environment that collaborates across multiple disciplines to focus on continuous improvement and engagement.
Monitors and recognizes performance of people and supports people in professional development.
Supports workplace well-being and workplace safety.
Regularly connects with team members and leaders through purposeful rounding to understand. needs, reinforce expectations, recognize contributions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Onboarding:
Conducts planned and unplanned quality checks of team members’ work.
Maintains the new resident project plan and facilitates status update meetings.
Reviews, assigns and updates onboarding Workday tickets and identifies training opportunities.
Identifies potential process improvement through various tools and practices.
Provides training and mentoring to new Onboarding and Experience Specialists.
Manages and updates changes to the onboarding standard operation procedure (SOP) document.
Generates and reviews onboarding metrics with leader to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
Participates in meetings to discuss onboarding process and possible enhancements internal and external to the onboarding & experience division.
Collaborates with HRIT, Strategy, and the Centers of Excellence to enhance HR system functionality related to onboarding and experience.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Responsible for review new team member metrics related to their first year of employment.
Responsible for supporting new team members through their first year of employment.
Responsible for creating an environment of engaging and belonging for new team members.
Responsible for communicating to leader identified data learnings related to new team members experience.
Responsible for collecting and documenting new team member feedback and sharing with appropriate parties.
Collects new team member feedback and leads collaboration with Strategic Partner and Centers of Excellence on identified issues or concerns.
Participates in collaborating with Centers of Excellence and Strategy on first year experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a leadership role required.
Associate's degree required.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00CITY:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
