JOB SCOPE:   

The incumbent is responsible in driving sustained increase in customer and agent steerage to PRUPanel Plus, ensuring customers receive the right care at the right place at the right cost, while supporting Prudential’s health sustainability, claims cost containment, and customer experience objectives.

 

This role plays a critical connector function across Sales Enablement, Agency, Claims, Medical, Operations, and Digital teams to translate PRUPanel Plus strategy into measurable utilisation outcomes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and execute steerage strategies to increase utilisation of PRUPanel Plus hospitals, clinics, health digital vendors, and alternative care settings (daycare, outpatient, disease programs).

  • Partner with Agency, Bancassurance, and Sales Enablement teams to embed PRUPanel Plus into agent selling, servicing, and advisory journeys.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure PRUPanel Plus benefits, value propositions, and care pathways are clearly differentiated and consistently communicated across channels.

  • Drive adoption of Guided Care initiatives, including Care Concierge, specialist recommendations, and referral pathways that steer customers to PRUPanel Plus.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce friction in PRUPanel Plus journeys.

  • Act as a central coordination point across Claims, Medical, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Finance to ensure steerage initiatives are executable and sustainable.

  • Responsible in addressing service gaps, managing complaints, and driving continuous process improvements in line with our service standards and company policies.

  • Expected to monitor, track and report progress of all projects, initiatives, and activities to supervisor from planning to execution until postmortem review for future learning and improvement.

  • Continuously attend / involve with training for personal and career development.

  • Undertake projects / other work and duties allocated by management as and when required.

JOB SPECIFICATION: 

 

a.     Qualifications
Degree in Science, Business, or Marketing.

 

b.     Experience

Experience in insurance, healthcare, provider management, and marketing strategy are valued.

 

c.     Knowledge

  • Possess knowledge on life insurance and/or healthcare.

  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint.

  • Experience in using visual design platforms like Canva, Cap-cut, etc.

  • Innovative/Creative

  • Self-assured, results oriented, independent in work and outspoken

  • Willing to travel
