Business Unit Site IT Manager (DMS, Oroszlány)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage all IT activities at the Oroszlány site, ensuring reliable and secure IT services for the business.

·       Act as the main IT partner for local leadership and support business objectives through technology solutions.

·       Drive digital transformation initiatives and promote the adoption of new technologies, including AI-based solutions.

·       Ensure the effective operation of manufacturing, engineering, and business systems.

·       Lead cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities at site level.

·       Manage local IT projects, budgets, vendors, and external service providers.

·       Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to implement corporate standards, systems, and best practices.

·       Monitor IT service performance, resolve critical issues, and drive continuous improvement.

·       Lead, develop, and mentor the local IT team.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership within a manufacturing environment.

·       Fluent English.

·       Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, digital solutions, and cybersecurity.

·       Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and external partners.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

·       Willingness to travel occasionally.
