Your Leadership
Create, implement and execute department training, recruiting and innovative pre-shift meetings
Manage associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and monthly department meetings
Review daily financial and labor reports, adjusting the operation as needed to achieve annual budget and forecasts
Oversee the arrival and departure experience, ensuring guests expectations are exceeded at all times
Lead by example; support the department operation and provide direct service to guests as needed
Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves
A minimum of three to five years of previous hotel management experience required; luxury experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare and analyze data
Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, and repetitive motions
Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally

The pay scale* for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year.

The results of Talent Online Assessments are by no means the sole or dispositive factor considered by Pendry Manhattan West when making employment decisions. Rather, Talent Online Assessments are one aspect of the larger application process.
