KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global Cash Flow Monitoring: Actively monitor and review the Global Fever Group Cash Flow across all international entities.
- Cash Control & Expenditure: Conduct comprehensive monthly cash analysis to control and report on the funds utilized.
- Bank Reconciliation & Analysis: Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of bank statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved with high precision.
- Intercompany (Interco) Analysis: Oversee and control monthly intercompany transactions, ensuring that balances between global subsidiaries are reconciled, documented, and aligned with group policy.
- Cross-Functional Reporting: Design and generate monthly treasury reports to be utilized by the Tax, Accounting, and FP&A teams. These reports serve as a foundational data source for departmental KPIs and broader financial planning.
- Systems & ERP Development: Drive the optimization of our automated bank reconciliation tools and enhance their integration with the ERP system to streamline financial operations and data integrity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience 0-2 years at least.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and bilingual Spanish.
- University degree, Master degree. Finance background.
- Tech skills: Advanced Excel, word, ppoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and database management
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, databases, or data mining is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements.
- Proactive Attitude:A self-starter who is eager to improve existing processes and challenges.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in large datasets.
